Information you provide

Quote enquiries request your organisation, contact name, email, category and requirements. Phone, budget, location, timing and notes are optional, except quantities for equipment enquiries. The contact form asks for your name, email and message, with organisation optional. Do not submit passwords, payment details or sensitive documents.

Purpose and basis

We use the information you send to clarify requirements, prepare quotations and respond to your business enquiry. Processing supports steps you request before a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, subject to applicable law. Acknowledging this notice is separate from marketing consent. This website does not collect marketing subscriptions.

Email processing and service providers

Both forms send the submitted fields to FormSubmit, which processes them and routes them to chimaster010@gmail.com. FormSubmit is a third-party form service, not a database operated by Lutera. It may retain submissions or technical logs under its own policy. Review FormSubmit’s privacy policy. Its spam-prevention checks may use Google reCAPTCHA. Email is processed by Google’s Gmail service. Vercel serves this website and may process request information. Fonts are hosted with the website, without requests to Google Fonts. Clicking WhatsApp opens a separate third-party service.

Access, retention and international processing

Enquiries are reviewed through the business email inbox. Information is retained only as needed for the enquiry, an agreed transaction and relevant legal obligations. You can request deletion using the contact email; third-party providers may retain logs or backups according to their policies. Providers may process information outside Nigeria. No private customer account or RFQ database is operated by this website.

Your rights

Contact the email above to request access, correction, deletion or information about processing. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on law, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. You may also contact the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. This notice describes the workflow and does not claim certification or automatic legal compliance.

Website storage and updates

The website uses no advertising analytics or administrator login. The equipment enquiry list and selected business need are kept in session storage for the current browser tab. Contact details and free-text form answers are not saved in browser storage. You can clear the equipment list at any time; closing the tab clears the saved session. We store only your choice, notice version and choice time in session storage under lutera_cookie_consent_session_v2 for the current visit in this browser tab. Your choice is kept during internal page navigation and reloads. Opening the site in a new tab, entering its address afresh or returning through a link from another website asks you again. Closing the tab ends its stored session; a fresh entry also resets a restored or copied session. This essential preference contains no contact or enquiry details.
