This website provides information about Lutera Technology Ltd and accepts business enquiries. No manufacturer authorisation, reseller status or certification is claimed unless specifically stated and supported.

Quotations and orders

A form submission, email or WhatsApp message is a request for information or quotation. It is not an order, acceptance, reservation of stock or supply contract. Prices, specifications, availability, warranty, service scope, payment and delivery terms must be confirmed in a written quotation and agreed separately.

Service information

We reply to enquiries within two working days. This is an enquiry-response commitment, not a guarantee of project completion or fault resolution. Installation, on-site support, warranty duration, coverage and delivery are confirmed in writing. Where a parts warranty is included in a supply agreement, it starts from site acceptance.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information and avoid submitting confidential, unlawful or malicious material. Do not interfere with form processing or disrupt the website.

We aim to keep information accurate and the website available, but details may change and errors or interruptions may occur. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Third-party websites and services have their own terms.
